Feature a bay

This site keeps a hard line between the public record and asserted facts. Featured bays sit entirely on the asserted side, and the build enforces the rules below rather than trusting them.

1. You must name your authority — owner, landlord, listing brokerage, or a listing party who has authorised the feature. An entry without one is rejected by the build.
2. You must consent to publication. Recorded explicitly, with the date you supplied the details.
3. No MLS® System or CREA DDF content. Not the copy, not the photographs, not the data. The build scans for it and refuses the entry.
4. Details are published as supplied and attributed to you. We do not verify dimensions by measurement, and every featured page says so.
5. Rent and availability appear only if you supply them for publication. Many landlords prefer not to, which is fine — the bay still features.
6. Nothing is invented to fill space. When no bay is authorised, the page says so rather than showing samples.
